Since the day I joined DCK I have felt welcomed and integrated into my team (including with my team leader and other retail assistants) right from the start thanks to their endless support and efficient communication via our apps to help me learn so we can ensure our host stores feel us make an impact. Working for DCK is very flexible which works perfectly around university for me. I have been at DCK for several months now and I am very grateful for how my team leader and other retail assistants have helped me to adapt to understand working in our different host stores with step by step thorough help on-the-job. I love this supportive and motivating atmosphere thanks to my hardworking team. I highly recommend working for DCK.
