If you want to feel like you are worthless and disrespected then its the perfect job for you. Training is delivered by peers and some of those have no interest in the job so hard to learn. Senior management turn a blind eye to this. Mgmt have their favourites. Work life balance is non existent. Constant cuts to hours, restructures and cuts again.
