We are glad that you enjoyed your time with DCK Group and that your ideas were often listened to. I'm not sure what level you were when you left us, but we always try to be competitive with regular bench-marking exercises. We do acknowledge that we cannot offer London weighting being based in Essex so our salaries might not be comparable but I would like to thank you for taking the time to write your review as your opinion is important to us.
