Pros

Flexibility and the jewellery allowance although most of it is rubbish

Cons

no training just shown a few things on laptop and apps and got to figure it out for yourself. Appointment system makes no sense, not told about sale and audits etc. Not introduced to the host stores and some of them you feel like you are intruding, did not even get any tools for the job or card to show who I was etc, when I left did not pay all of what was owed said would be paid in 2 months payments which I have not heard of any other company doing, have to use your own phone for clocking in scanning etc etc so blocked up with lots of apps. Not a great overall experience to be honest and worked in retail a long time!

Pros

Take you time, feel support alot with your team. Everyone is helpful.

Cons

some information may not deliver to retail accoicate intime, may affect the presentation at shop.
