I would like to address the previous comments regarding the manager of the Nurse Extern Program at DCH Regional Medical Center. While I am unsure of the individual who left the unpleasant review, I have had the opportunity to work closely with this manager personally and professionally. I feel it is important to clarify that the concerns stated do not reflect her leadership or communication style. Based on my experiences, as well as those of many of my classmates, this manager has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our success within the program and overall in the hospital facility. She has always been available to us in any aspect, diligently providing mentorship and support to us whenever we needed it. This manager has been a guiding force behind my journey as a Nurse Extern and has advocated for me every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism are a breath of fresh air and she is exemplifies the standards that DCH should strive for.
