Pros

I really enjoy 95% of my coworkers, they are lovely, dedicated, and passionate about doing a great job.

Cons

Management has some serious blinders on when it comes to how the company actually operates at a granular level. Some employees complain and are given everything they ask for and others are told "you are lucky you get anything at all." They talk about employee well being, growth and happiness, which is supposed to be a company value, but then promise something and deliver far less.

Pros

I've worked here for 6 years and am loving the way the company continues to grow and evolve. The people here are genuinely caring and supportive of each other and our clients. Definite opportunity for growth, employees can apply for other positions in the company that they are qualified for and are supported when they do. We are encouraged to collaborate and have fun at work, how great is that!?

Cons

No cons, truthfully the best place I've ever worked.

Pros

The people are the absolute best part of the job. I met incredible colleagues here who I hope to stay connected with for the rest of my career. If you are looking for a place where you can log off at the end of the day and focus on your personal life, the environment accommodates that for some. The work from home/hybrid flexibility is rare.

Cons

There are no regular raises or cost-of-living adjustments. The actual "doers" who drive the daily work are severely under compensated for their output. There are too many layers of management. Roles are very stagnant. If you are looking to climb the ladder, learn new skills rapidly, or promote from within, you will likely hit a ceiling very quickly. Recent investor involvement has created a noticeable shift in the company's stability and culture. The ongoing, rolling layoffs are creating an environment of uncertainty and heavily impacting the morale of the remaining employees.
