My experience with this company has been mixed. Additionally, the imbalance resulting in the high number of layoffs, including myself, is a major concern. Furthermore, there is also a lack of clarity in communication from upper management, which often leads to confusion and frustration among employees. Overall, although there are positive aspects to working here, there are areas that need improvement.
