Some staff are nice and could be helpful.

Owner of the company wants you too read and action The One minute Management System. Yet his own management team doesn’t have an understanding of the concepts. Staff turnover is high due too a gaslighting & bullying culture. It’s supposed a learning experience & environment but it is not. Hours you’re required too put in are more than is stated in the contract. Start work at 7 in the morning not leaving till 7 at night. No extra pay for this. Miscommunication, poor management, always bout how one member of staff is an excellent worker. Mistakes not being accountable for. Manager likes playing the blame game.

- Continuous improvement is a big part of the business - Clear directive from top down and realistic expectations - Flexible working environment - A real vision to improve the customer experience - Career progression - "We Care" is a motto DCFM use and abide by from my experience - The management team trust in their employees and give them big opportunities to succeed in their own way they see fit and work on people's strengths and support their weaknesses - Systems and processes are state of the art (ask our ISO accreditors) - Investing in making DCFM a better place for clientele and employees is always high on the radar - The owner has a real passion for seeing the people in his business succeed with him and at no point refers to the business as his business, its our business!! i like that about DCFM
