Pros

- Great learning platform for anyone looking to work in the property industry - Management and team have a wealth of knowledge/experience (property developer, builder, multiple trades, estimating, tenders, facilities management, asset management, etc.) - Friendly team - Great for highly motivated/driven people - Good place to build an entrepreneur mindset

Cons

- Resilience is a must as the industry is tough - Need to have a good understanding of the clients as they are demanding

Pros

Some staff are nice and could be helpful.

Cons

Owner of the company wants you too read and action The One minute Management System. Yet his own management team doesn’t have an understanding of the concepts. Staff turnover is high due too a gaslighting & bullying culture. It’s supposed a learning experience & environment but it is not. Hours you’re required too put in are more than is stated in the contract. Start work at 7 in the morning not leaving till 7 at night. No extra pay for this. Miscommunication, poor management, always bout how one member of staff is an excellent worker. Mistakes not being accountable for. Manager likes playing the blame game.

David McKenzie is a leader and innovator who has the support of a high performance team that thrive on having access to his leadership, and providing first-class customer service with superior results. All at DCFM love working in an organisation that does not just give lip service to putting customers first we actually do! This does mean being avaialble at the customers conveneinece which does not only happen between 9 am - 5 pm at such times a full team approach is required this is something that makes DCFM special and more like a family. If you would like to raise these matters to gain further insight into how things have changed and to have the above issues address please call Rosemary Lee, Business Support Consultant at DCFM to sit down for a friendly chat she will even shout you a coffee.
