Pros

Base + Commission An Entry Level Position, ideal for students Small bonuses for exceeding daily/weekly targets :) Clients are reputed, world vision, red cross, sick kids etc If you get a hang of it, and if you are excellent at the job, you WILL be promoted, it is very easy to move up the ladder as the company wants to see the 'right' candidates in managerial position ASAP so that they can have their own team and run their own office The staff is young and energetic. David Flynn and other owners are Naturally VERY Eloquent and one can really improve one's interpersonal and communication skills. Bi-monthly team nights and at times TNI awards it's best offices and reps with bonuses, that can be spent on the team.

Cons

'go out there, get donors so that you can feed yourselves and feed us too' long hours, door to door, travel expensive paid from your own pocket (same is true for the road trips, they might cover half the cost, the rest if borne by you) the staff is predominantly 25 years old or less, and they are giving training to the new hires unrealistic promises during interviews to which they dont/cant live up to they often ask you to drill the potential donor, without paying much regard to their sentiments/interests and GET THE GOD DAMN SIGN UP!

Pros

If you work hard and are committed you will succeed with plenty of bonuses and commission opportunities. Here you will learn cold hard communication skills, you will toughen up through direct face to face interaction with clients/donors and overall have a great stepping stone towards mastering the persuasive arts. The team here was excellent during my time spent, and the CEO is a great positive person with a lot of skill. Leaders of many other offices started from here. If you have what it takes, you will be turned into a leader here. The experiences gained here are valuable.

Cons

You have to be willing to exchange most of your day for the hours that exist. If you value your personal growth in the line of direct communication skills it's worth the commitment and not really a con.
