Pros
There are several incredible leaders at the organization, but they are decreasing as those have approached retirement. Four day work week majority of the year depending on the dept. Invaluable experience can be attained, but you must want it and have interest in the industry.
Cons
Often you’ll be doing a noticeable and significant amount of more work than your peers of equal or superior title even - dept specific and varies. You’ll work whatever comes across your desk during the appeal season, not necessarily your own work - be prepared to cover for others mistakes, sometimes with little time to prepare. Carefully review policies on transfers and promotions and any potential restrictions therein
