Partners, management, and employees are generally smart, nice, and good people.

The usual pains of working for a small company - continually developing policies and procedures, not much diversity, and paltry benefits (e.g. only 10 PTO days for first few years, cover employee medical but not family, no 401k plan until employed 1+ years, and then with no match)
