      Wonderful colleagues. Space is a nice work environment and the new, larger HR team is much more hands on.

      Culture is attempting to be rebuilt by management. Organization is still in flux and very unsettled. Morale is low.

      The culture at boardriders was super chill.

      Cons

      Not invested enough in making good product. Lots of cost cutting to save a nickel, which hurt the long term cultural value of the product.
