Remote work is fairly pleasant

Everything else is a dumpster fire

Some staff are friendly, particularly the pioneer team members, although many of them have since left or been retrenched.

1. The environment can feel tense and high-pressure, with stress levels occasionally building up significantly. 2. Maintaining focus can be challenging at times (office politics) due to concerns about workplace gossip and potential negative remarks. 3. There appears to be some misunderstanding around employees’ lunch habits, as interactions are not always visible to management. 4. Promotions often seem to depend more on informal networking with management than purely on performance and measurable results. 5. The starting salary is relatively low compared to market benchmarks and may not adequately reflect the responsibilities of the role. 6. Office politics are quite prevalent. Management appears to turn a blind eye to such dynamics, and in some cases, there is a perception that this behavior is tolerated rather than addressed. 7. The work review and project communication processes can be inefficient. When issues arise, relevant stakeholders are not always informed in a timely manner, which may lead to unnecessary setbacks. 8. Employee contributions and capabilities are not always fully recognized. There is limited investment in developing internal talent, with a noticeable preference for external hires over nurturing existing staff. 9. There can be a tendency to restrict employee growth rather than empower it, possibly due to concerns about employees becoming too independent or outspoken. 10. The company appears to have gradually lost clarity in its original vision and mission, leading to inconsistent direction and decision-making.
