Pros
- fast-paced work environment and I learnt alot - colleagues are generally okay
Cons
- bad pay and no bonus, promotions or 13 month - not much salary increment or career progression - company feels like a trend chaser. Feels like there is no direction and company is just doing whatever is trending in the market without linking to its USP - manager keeps saying I'm a valued member of the team but doesn't stand up for the team when needed - rumours of 3 affairs going on in the company, even involving the co-founder (most of them are married) - same co-founder can't even resolve conflict within own team, leading to a cold war between product managers and UI/UX lead
