Very nice atmosphere at the work place. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. The president explained what the company is doing and their mission and vision. They have a broad vision of extending the business and they always encourage their employees to grow personally and professionally. This is a good opportunity for someone who want to challenge themselves and be willing to step out of their comfort zone.

The salary is commission-based, so it requires patience, hard-work to reach your goal here. The more you sale, the more commission you get. There is no guarantee that you will get a stable paycheck every pay period. The amounts on the paychecks reflect your work ethic and your improvement.

The personal and professional growth is fantastic. Environment is fun. Lots of young ambitious college grads. They do provide an excellent management training platform, although it is a little overwhelming at first.

The work itself is challenging. The consulting and sales is not for everyone, you definitely have to be a people person to do well. If you don't mind stepping out of your comfort zone, then it is perfect for you. Don't expect to sit in a corner and collect a paycheck.
