I've had a great experience working at DBR!The management team is supportive and approachable, always encouraging growth and open communication. The company culture is inclusive and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment. Everybody is a team player. I also appreciate the flexibility in the schedule, which has been a huge help in balancing work and personal life. Overall, DBR is a wonderful place to work, and I'm grateful to be a part of this amazing company!

Was brought in through a different department and the training process was quick and dirty. There are a lot of things that have improved since my first months with the company but when I first started I felt as though I didn't have enough training to competently, complete work I was assigned in the aggressive timetable demanded. Fortunately, my supervisors were patient and would assist when they had time. There was a lot of turnover in my stint there including layoffs and hiring sprees. I believe that anyone's experience with this company will vary greatly depending on which team you are assigned. Some project managers do a good job and there are a few that do not.
