Work life balance isn't that great here. Depending on your manager, they barely let you work from home (it is frowned upon), also at times it feels like managers monitor when you come in and leave. They do have "flex hours", but that should be taken VERY loosely because they make you sign a paper about your hours when really you should just be able to make your own hours day to day as long as you are filling the requirement of a typical work day. In addition, the pay is very little for all the work they expect you to do. I got extremely burned out at this company. If you like a smaller company feel and don't mind putting in the time and work for little pay, then this is a good fit for you, if not stay clear.
