      Company allows a lot of freedom and flexibility. Depending on client, can work from home. Work with other highly qualified Oracle DBA's.

      You can get a lot of valuable experience using excel. Cost accounting skills are important for accounting. Everyone is nice.

      Cons

      The company is fairly small and as a result not many opportunities to grow. The median age is around mid 40's.
