No work/Home life balance - Air Imports Coordinator DB Schenker Employee Review

Some of us do not have a good work and home life balance. We are over worked and understaffed. Management does not listen to the worker bees. They allow some people to work from home and others are told no. There is no flexibility in hours. They do not have their own billing department, you do your own billing. And then they complain when it doesn't get done quick enough. A lot of favoritism among other management.
