Some people care actually care but dare not speak out Good facilities , Company systems in place but not used Lack of pressure from management. Salaries paid on time

Lack of visibility or Vision, no accountability on site. No one seems to care , poorly / non led management teams , bullying and victimisation is accepted . Senior team appears to ignore problems and culture
