Pros
There's a lot of work and overtime during peak seasons. Some supervisors worked well with employees who got the jobs done. All the operation employees are really friendly and work well together.
Cons
No advancement, extremely poor temp turn over rate. No follow through for months long promised incentives. 12 hour days, 6 days a week nonstop. Due to this, many employees took days off thus creating a heavier workload on the remaining people who showed up. Little to no communication from the bottom to the top in management. Pretty crazy requests for certain orders that are a complete mess, with supervisors pressuring you hard to complete it before the deadlines.
