HR's, going forward send IJP emails by asking team leader, managers or above position people about whom the email to be sent for IJP and send the IJP emails only to the people whom they say, because it is already pre-decided whom to take, don't send IJP's email to everyone unnecessarily creating disappointment for those who want to build their career or who want to get growth opportunities.
