Pros
I've had a blast working for Daz 3D / Tafi. I've never been part of a company that provides more opportunities for growth for its hard-working employees. We always have new projects and initiatives but the teams and employees are all a riot and want to ever-improve the company.
Cons
The pro can also be a con. Sometimes the sheer number of projects makes it difficult to meet our deadlines. Sometimes new projects will come around and be prioritized in a way that is a bit rushed and doesn't always give time to plan or create higher-quality marketing content.
