Pros
Hybrid workplace, great people to work with, no micromanagement and “make it your own” for your workload and desk.
Cons
Underpaid for work, raises are terrible, no room for growth, office is awfully quiet as some management think the company should be radio silent and “non-disruptive”. Company culture has taken a massive identity crisis, parent company seems unsure on what they want to encourage.
