High turnover rate leads to management overloading employees in order to pick up the slack. High degrees of favoritism amongst management increases difficulty further for personnel not in the inner circle Regular loss of talented personnel due to management preference of promoting family members and friends over other hard working employees Payroll issues from time to time some of which were never resolved Harassment claims regularly ignored Poor product maintenance and regular outages put customer service personnel in a difficult position when assisting customers Multiple managers with differing expectations make it difficult for employees to prioritize workload
