Company doesn't live by it's values - Associate Analyst DAS42 Employee Review

DAS42 continuously bragged about this year being the "year of acceleration" and hired about 30 new hires straight out of college. They onboarded these employees in two waves between June and July. a month and a half after the july cohort joined the company it was announced 48 employees of the 110 were going to be laid off which included most of the employees hired in June and July alongside Senior leadership. Employees were given a meager severance and kicked out of the office with no warning including recent graduates who had signed onto apartments and moved across the country weeks earlier. Leadership failed to secure sales deals and properly manage the budget and their solution was to keep their jobs and pay and lay off half the employees with no regard for retaining their reputation.
