      Fully transparent & trusted working culture at an "older" startup company with some tricky organisation evolution challenges and huge opportunities inside & outside company.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that there are so many things to do, we're sometimes stumbling upon ourselves and slow down our speed temporarily

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Cons

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
