Pros
Although Daqri is global, it's made up of a small team of people who are experts in their field. We are one team and all work together to produce a first class product. It's an exciting time to be working at Daqri as 2019 sees the start of new adventures and product maturity. AR is an ever expanding industry and now is the best time to be a part of it.
Cons
In my area of business (procurement) it's hard to gain credibility with the supply chain when products are new and in small numbers. In some areas we are up against high rate, high production industries and knocking on doors can be an arduous task - but I love a challenge! Some business areas within Daqri have been less organised in the past but times are changing and after employee feedback I'm positive internal processes will improve.
