DAP has expanded rapidly several times since I first joined which leaves a certain amount of gaps in the overall structure of it's operations. The realist might see this as a flaw but if you're the career opportunist like myself, you see it as a way to catapult yourself over the rank and file by injecting your own ideas. The environment is tough and you are expected to keep up the pace but management are extremely approachable. They have shown time and time again to be extremely open and inviting of all ideas and suggestions and will reward initiative accordingly as they have for me. If things were peaceful, where do you think you would be other than to collect a fixed paycheck at the end of the month?

If you are looking for a kush cosy job that lets you clock in and out on time without worry, this is probably not the place for you. The same can be said about the benefits.
