1. Poor compensation They don't offer you any other benefits expect basic ones must-required based on local labor law. 2. Heavy workload One of my colleagues had to work until midnight. I also had to work about 12 - 13 hours per a day. It was difficult to manage workload because c-level executives consider only money. In the end, more than half of the employees left the company in a month because they were tired of the heavy workloads. 3.
