      A few aunties there are friendly and will help to protect to those who bully the younger colleagues

      Cons

      Colleagues some of the senior like to bully new colleagues, supervisors anyhow scold and even can go back room and eat and chat with her friends

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
