      Pros

      Our team mostly consists of younger members who are really well to get along with. Pay is good for people/ students who are looking for their first job and flexible hours. A wide range of unique products to work with.

      Cons

      The position can be repetitive and busy, with many tasks to handle. Depending on the manager you're working with, your workload may also vary. Times they would give you additional work while you're in the mids of a task. We definitely have a staff shortage with the volume of tasks needed to be done.

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
