Old fashioned management, chaotic work environment - Embedded Engineering DAF Employee Review

Poor planning and capacity, and as a result continiously dealing with resolving issues and delays, leading to escalations. Hierarchial, higher management make all the calls with no input from the floor resulting in unheard and frustrated employees and high attrition. Not embracing new ways of working (SAFe) and in general low collaboration between departments on management level in Product Development Taking holiday outside of company closure period is discouraged , long holidays 3+ weeks not possible. Very little room for personal development due to project pressure and lack of trainings
