Pros

Fruits and vegetables twice a week. Free filtered and sparkled water. Free Beer on friday evenings. A very few nice people are still left

Cons

Salaries are low, like even that-you-know-the-industry-doesn't-pay-much low And to keep them low a salaray-system was introduced where the highest tier possible to achieve, is still low, but every argument is obsolete due to that system. If you're in sales/marketing or other near-CEO related fields, you'll have to deal with a lot of unpaid/unbalanced overhours and a lot of screaming and yelling by your ill-tempered bosses, which like to contradict eachother in separate briefings. If you're in production, your CEO doesn't know you and it feels like working for someone who lives and works abroad, besides some rare meetings where the screaming and a unprofessional prioritizing takes place. You have a lot of pressure and responsibility with no benefits, besides false hope, that one day it gets better (the only long-term reason for many to still work there) Flat hierachies here mean two bosses and not even a handful of 'important people' simply make every decision above the head of everyone else. Criticism is answered with 'termination of employment for operational reasons'. Old smelly, bureaus with little to no decoration or any effort to make you feel comfortable. Same goes for the workspaces.
