Pros
Family owned and operated, all departments work together not against each other, bonuses, chance to win or earn a vacation ( which i won i went to Cancun and it was a blast and in a very upscale hotel) they have a good christmas party with awesome gifts they do a lot of company outings...... I truly have met some of the best people I know working there. A few i'd consider family.
Cons
Admin Department needs more raises but they still pay decent. Other then that i really cant think of anything. Keep up the good work
