Rapid growth over the last few years have created some turbulence, stress and growing pains, this is to be expected, however management is doing their best to make improvements to the processes and culture.

The employees are deeply committed and genuinely invested in the company’s success.

Unfortunately, the CEO (not Kevin Katona - he is retired) lacks a clear understanding of what it takes to drive sustainable growth. As a result, the long-term viability of the company is increasingly uncertain.
