Pros
It is a small company so working there you get to do a lot of different things.
Cons
Difficult working conditions, no care for employees' satisfaction. It's a private company so favoritism and nepotism runs very deep. There is no HR department or anyone to go to for help. The company is bleeding money and often does not stand behind the products it claims to "manufacture."
