Pros

None other than great group of international interns, all equally miserable because of working at this company

Cons

- no compensation whatsoever - no career oportunities as company runs on unpaid interns - culture and no values - interns are expected to work overtime doing repetitive tasks, not learning anything and not even being thanked for the work they've done - look at reviews for the company Digital Demand and you'll understand everything - it's the same company! (Digital Demand is a software developed by D2-Analytics and they used to go by that name for some reason)

We note your feedback regarding your internship at D2 Analytics. However, many of the points mentioned do not reflect the reality of our Internship Programme. For example, several of our current employees began as interns and progressed within the company thanks to their strong performance, proactiveness, and motivation, demonstrating the clear career opportunities available for top-performing interns. Additionally, while we highly value giving young talent the chance to gain practical experience and contribute to meaningful projects, the company does not rely solely on interns and maintains a strong, dedicated core team. Internship experiences naturally vary depending on individual initiative. We encourage interns to communicate openly during their time with us, enabling us to provide guidance, tailor tasks to their skills and interests, and ensure a rewarding learning experience. Some routine tasks are an inherent part of any role and are designed to develop foundational skills; these are always balanced with engaging and varied projects wherever possible. Moreover, interns who demonstrate initiative are frequently given the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities beyond their initial assignments. Regarding compensation, all internships at Bloom Consulting are formalised through university agreements, with nearly all interns eligible for the ERASMUS grant. These arrangements are communicated clearly from the outset to ensure transparency. We value every member of our team—interns, employees, and partners—and are committed to recognising the contributions each makes to our ongoing success. We wish you success in your future career.

Pros

D2 Analytics is an inspiring place to work, with a friendly and supportive team, exciting projects, and great opportunities to grow professionally. Interns and employees alike are given real responsibilities, international exposure, and mentorship from experienced consultants. The company has high expectations and a culture of excellence, but always in a supportive, collaborative way. This is a place for motivated individuals who want to challenge themselves, learn, and make a meaningful impact. Many of the company’s past interns have successfully transitioned into full-time roles, continuing their growth and making a long-term impact. From my observations, those who demonstrate strong performance and are fortunate enough to have an available opportunity have a real chance to join the team permanently.

Cons

Most of the interns are unpaid, so it’s important to consider before you start if this works for you (the ERASMUS scholarship can cover this for eligible interns). I'm tired of seeing people who do not appreciate the experience and complain afterwards, as if they did not know what they were signing up for. Don’t be like them. High expectations and fast-paced work may feel demanding to some, but this comes with mentorship and amazing growth opportunities. Make sure you are genuinely motivated to work hard and learn as much as possible.

I had a very positive experience at D2 Analytics. The team is composed of highly experienced professionals who are generous with their knowledge, making it a great environment to learn and grow. I worked on exciting projects, which gave me valuable international exposure. The company fosters a dynamic and ambitious culture where your contributions can really make a difference.

Cons

This isn't necessarily a con, but important for others to know: D2 Analytics expects a high level of independence and initiative. You need to be proactive, self-motivated, and organized—your experience will depend on your ability to manage your own agenda and deliver high-quality work. If you're looking for constant guidance or a rigid structure, this might not be the right fit.
