Alright Job - Traffic Control/Flagger D & H Flagging Employee Review

Drive to all sorts of different job sites. You work with a bunch of different contractors.

Unknown hours. You won't know if you work the next day until the day before. Can be long hours, regular, or short. It varies day by day and job to job.

While I worked there, coworkers treated me very well. I liked the work that I did have to do. They were very flexible with my schedule. Snacks I guess?

I felt like management was at odds with each other. There was never enough work for me to do. They do not give you clear instructions. They both want you to take initiative and want you to check in before doing anything. You will be micromanaged. They’re severely lacking in their communication. Everyone seems unhappy working there and will consistently tell you how much it sucks to work there. They have no clear training. When let go I was not given any clear explanation as to why. Spiders.
