Not much to talk about ,probably friendly coworkers?(they seem nice, though it feels fake ) Good thing is you probably not gonna see them next week due to the high turnover rate. You can also learn what a not good company looks like!
Cons
24hrs on call（Unpaid overtime work） Very high employee turnover rate(people comes and goes every month) Low salary compared to workload Poor management and lack of organization Unclean and unsafe working environment Unclear sales goals (change depending on the manager’s mood each week.) They don’t do training (even they claim they do but everyone admit that just a joke)
