      As other reviews said....toxic. If you want to feel under valued, this is the place to be. Priorities in the wrong place. If you are a sheep with no opinion this is a place for you.

      Pros

      A very positive work environment which fosters employee development in the workplace. The management truly cares about the employee's and provides ample resources to meet every individuals needs. There's always a friendly vibe in the office which allows for a stress-free work environment.

      Cons

      The company is growing very fast, which means workload can sometimes become really high at times. Even though you wont feel overworked.

      Flexible hours, good product team

      Cons

      Poor management, one of the “co-founders” is very toxic to employees, fired every single employee that was “not a fit” including the product creator, sell psychometric tests for better hiring but they have almost 100% turnover in less than 1 year, dangerous way to manage partnerships, let you believe they listen to new ideas but no action is actually taken even if many employees agree on the same subject, ... to name a few
