A lot of DT Swiss' employees are happy about there jobs, it is a positive work environment. Has the feel of a small company with the resources of a large multi-national company. Good benefits and a cool bike to work program.

Many of the production workers are temps, so people are constantly coming and going. A lot of time is wasted training people that are only there for between 1 day and about 1 month.

Nice office. Have cafeteria and free water fountain.
