Always open to trying new things. Allows a lot of flexibility for ideas and collaboration. Positive working environment. Easy to get along with people there. Some work flexibility, which is helpful for life balance.

Industry changes make the future employment uncertain. Company continues to innovate to meet those needs, which is good.

You work with some very talented and professional people. Most of them were great and became great friends. Good projects and assignments to work on. Great benefits, unlimited personal days (when you could take them) matching 401k and healthcare.

Stingy on salary pay and just about everything else. CEO is one of the worst micro managers in the business, is out of touch but still acts like he knows everything. The atmosphere he promotes is very negative and composed of favoritism. He doesn't respect and reward the talent he has leading to high turnover and low morale. At such a small firm (15-20 people) it seems very wrong to see almost 15 hirings, firings, layoffs and plain quitting within 1 year with only a handful of people being with the company for 5 years+. Considers himself a comedian and often tells very inappropriate jokes.
