Pros

- IT Support team does their best to support sales. They are most of them all bilingual - Retail team has most of the market share but losing ground - Business Products have nice features but have a high failure rate - The location is very convenient, up in Mississauga /401 - Christmas party is generous but the team doesn't feel well integrated - Compensation was ok.

Cons

- Technology is promising but Quality controls are poor. The factories are all Third Parties - Business Directors blame reps for not growing the business, but the problem comes from manufacturing. - Business Directors have favorites and will steal the business from some reps to give it to others at DMR or keep to their selves. - SMB team is all divided, no conjoint strategy to support each other. Two directors interview one sales person every week and interrogate all activities. 3 years were too much. - High Micromanagement, never seen something like this!

Pros

You can earn experience from various projects, go through different stages of the design process, and gain manufacturing knowledge. This is a great place to build your expertise: friendly people, environment, and benefits.

Cons

The brand has too many competitors.

Pros

Very lax, hybrid for most employees, the checks clear.
