Interns can directly work on a project after 2-week training, and soon take charge of a project, which is quite helpful in fast learning.
Cons
The employees number is a bit small so when be in difficulty one has to find the CTO for help always. Because is a startup, the capital is limited so sometimes the salary is not given on time.
