      - Working with kind, creative, supportive people open to new ideas - Mgmt is willing to give more responsibility to those who ask for it/prove they can handle it - Continuously improving organization of team and workflow - Perks associated with working in the D Magazine offices - Lax vacation policy

      Cons

      - Hectic environment with conflicting task priorities (as with just about any marketing job) - Pay does not usually match necessary hours to complete responsibilities

      - Great experience on a wide variety of marketing projects and client types - Caring and engaged management and ownership that trusts the agency leads to make strategic decisions - Rewards people who want to contribute and take on more responsibility

      - Can be hectic and the highs and lows of client demand can be difficult to deal with on a smaller team
