Managers expect you to work without breaks, even though it’s a legal requirement, when I asked for my break my manager spoke to me like with terrible attitude and acted as though I was being I reasonable. This happened regularly to all staff. “Service charge” goes mostly to management and about 2% to serving staff but customers are told that it goes “directly” to staff. Very demanding work and hours for minimum wage. Customers treated like gold and employees like dirt. Wouldn’t recommend working for this company to my worst enemy.
