Pros
The pay is alright but it's just to make up for their HORRIBLE benefits (10 PTO days including sick days, no 401k)
Cons
EXTREME FAVORTISM!!! I believe the other reviews are FAKE! The company won't have your back!!! All they want is to satisfy their client. They would rather hire incompetent people but obedient than actual smart employees. They don't care if the work is being done as long as they can drag it longer (for more contracts??? who knows)
