      Pros

      The company works great if you are a student looking for part time work. The benefits aren't great but I've had worse also.

      Cons

      This is a go nowhere conpany. There are no opportunities for advancement and even if you jump through all there hoops they still won't do anything for you unless you are a favorite. This company is all based on favoritism. So the management is not good at all its just because they made friends. I strongly recommend not being full time either as then they don't really work with you and your schedule. I can't even go to a doctors appointment.

      Pros

      Cyprus Credit Union has provided very affordable insurance for full-time and donates a lot of money into your HSA for matching for couple and family plans. Plans for individuals are not as great and benefits are terrible for part time. Cyprus has a very positive culture and cross sells are not unreasonable for individual employees in comparison to other institutions.

      Cons

      Slower branches may have difficulties reaching goals due to unreasonable cross sell goals for small branches and branches where they have ILT(Virtual ATM Tellers). Traditional branches with full teller lines and traditional drive throughs are great to work at. Back office is treated much better than branches but branches are not treated terrible but know that it is a big difference in pluses between back office and branches.
